Sea Captain Timo Rosendahl has been appointed Manager, Security and Rescue, of Port of HaminaKotka Ltd from 1 November 2019 following the retirement of Timo Kallio. Timo Rosendahl took on this position from the duties of Deputy Manager, Traffic and Security. He possesses versatile experience in various duties within shipping and port operations. Timo Rosendahl has been employed by Port of HaminaKotka Ltd for almost three years.
Mr Rosendahl will continue the development of the port’s security and safety arrangements as well as ISPS issues in close co-operation with the different parties operating at the port, and authorities.
“I encourage anyone wishing to discuss the safety and security issues of the Port of HaminaKotka to contact me. My workstation is in Hamina, and I visit the various parts of the port regularly,” Timo Rosendahl says.
Timo Rosendahl lives in Hamina, and he and his family spend their leisure time at the summer house and travelling in a mobile home in Europe.
